Offline processing systems

Some parts cannot be run in-line on a roll form system, thus requiring secondary operations. The processing of aluminum extrusions also must be done on secondary operation-type equipment. We have taken our experience in the design of high-speed rollforming equipment and applied it to secondary operation systems for customers requiring accurate and reliable processing of parts requiring operations that cannot be performed in-line.

Our systems have proven to be very popular, especially in the aluminum extrusion processing field. We have converted whole companies to our sytems and eliminated their use of mechanical presses and old-style dies. For systems requiring a high throughput, safety, and low noise levels our automated secondary operations systems have no equal.
